Overview
Entourage AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the OAuth authorisation portal at entourageauth.com. This portal allows our clients and their team members to securely connect third-party services such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Outlook, and others to Entourage AI’s automation workflows.
What We Collect
When you use this portal, we process the following information:
- Access codes — used to authenticate you to your organisation’s authorisation page. These are not personal passwords and are shared per-client.
- OAuth tokens — when you authorise a service (e.g. Gmail), a token is stored securely in our workflow platform (n8n) to allow automations to act on your behalf. We do not store your Google, Slack, or Microsoft passwords.
- Name and email — your name and email address as provided by your organisation to identify which credentials belong to which team member.
- Browser session data — a session cookie is used to keep you authenticated during your visit. An optional local storage entry remembers your login for convenience.
How We Use Your Data
Your authorised credentials are used solely to power the automation workflows agreed upon with your organisation. This includes:
- Sending and reading emails on your behalf (Gmail, Outlook)
- Reading and writing to spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Managing files (Google Drive, OneDrive)
- Sending messages to channels (Slack, Teams)
- Managing calendar events (Google Calendar)
- Other services as configured by your organisation
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the agreed-upon automations.
OAuth & Third-Party Services
This portal uses the OAuth 2.0 standard to connect your accounts. When you click “Authorise”, you are redirected to the service provider (Google, Microsoft, Slack, etc.) where you grant specific permissions. You can review and revoke these permissions at any time through the respective service’s security settings:
- Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Microsoft — account.microsoft.com/privacy
- Slack — Managed through your Slack workspace admin settings
Data Security
All connections to this portal are encrypted via HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted within our workflow platform. Access to the administration dashboard is protected by a separate master password. We follow industry best practices to protect your credentials.
Data Retention & Deletion
OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the automation workflows are active for your organisation. When a client relationship ends or you request removal, we delete all associated credentials and tokens. You may also revoke access at any time through the third-party service directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your credentials and tokens
- Revoke OAuth access at any time through the service provider
- Withdraw consent for automations acting on your behalf
