Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 March 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing and using the Entourage AI OAuth Portal at entourageauth.com (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal. The Portal is operated by Entourage AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Service Description

The Portal provides a secure interface for authorised clients and their team members to connect third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, and Slack products) to Entourage AI’s automation workflows using the OAuth 2.0 protocol. Access is granted via organisation-specific access codes provided by Entourage AI.

3. Access & Authentication

  • Access to the Portal requires a valid access code issued by Entourage AI.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and must not share it with unauthorised individuals.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access codes at any time without notice.
  • The Portal may store a session locally in your browser for convenience. You can clear this at any time.

4. Authorised Use

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose: authorising third-party service connections as part of your organisation’s engagement with Entourage AI. You must not:

  • Attempt to access accounts or credentials belonging to other users or organisations
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal’s systems or infrastructure
  • Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, redistribute, or publicly disclose access codes

5. Third-Party Services

When you authorise a third-party service through the Portal, you are granting Entourage AI permission to interact with that service on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you approve. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. Entourage AI is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Portal, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Credential Management

  • OAuth tokens created through the Portal are stored securely and used only for the automation workflows agreed upon with your organisation.
  • You may revoke any authorisation at any time through the third-party service’s own settings (e.g. Google Account permissions, Microsoft privacy dashboard, Slack workspace admin).
  • Entourage AI may revoke or refresh credentials as necessary to maintain workflow functionality.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or disruption caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entourage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or any connected third-party services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Portal shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation to Entourage AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
